CONDITIONS FOR CREATIVE MEDIA AND PRODUCTION ENGAGEMENTS.
By signing a proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement—or by paying an invoice for services from 3 West Productions, LLC—you agree to these Terms of Service. They govern production and post-production work, deliverables, and related creative services described in your contract.
3 West Productions, LLC works to meet schedules agreed in writing. Dates depend on timely client feedback, access to locations or talent, delivery of brand assets, and approvals. Delays in approvals or materials may shift delivery dates.
Fees are as quoted or invoiced by 3 West Productions, LLC. Hard costs (for example location fees, licensed music, specialized gear rentals, or third-party services) may be billed separately when agreed in advance. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due according to the payment terms on the invoice.
Ownership of final deliverables is as set forth in your agreement. Until full payment for the applicable scope, 3 West Productions, LLC may withhold delivery of final masters. We may retain internal copies for archival and backup purposes unless a written agreement requires otherwise.
Either party may terminate an engagement as provided in the signed agreement or statement of work. Upon termination, 3 West Productions, LLC is paid for work completed and expenses incurred through the termination date, as specified in your contract.
